Cheerios at Shaws for 38 cents!

Starting Friday, June 5th, all varieties of Cheerios will be on sale at Shaw's for $1.88. This is a great price on its own, but if you printed the 75 cents off Cheerios coupons before they disappeared, you can get a box of Cheerios for 38 cents! Check your Betty Crocker account to see if you have one in your weekly coupons. You can also print this coupon for $1 off 2 boxes of Cheerios

The sales flyer says "ALL VARIETIES", which I was skeptical about. Upon further investigation it looks like the only variety not included in the sale is the Cheerios + protein.
There's also a Saving Star offer for $1 on two boxes of Cheerios

Personal note: The food pantries always appreciate cereal, so I usually print cereal coupons whenever I see them. And sometimes, when it's Africa hot and I don't feel like cooking, a bowl of cereal is the best thing ever for dinner in the summer :-)

Deals the week of May 31st, 2015

Shaw's

FREE MILK with the purchase of 4 Kellogg's items, most Kellogg's items are included in the 4/$10 sale with the exception of the larger boxes of cereal and granola bars. I used my 75 cents off (which double to $1.50) printed coupons on the brownies and snack bars. Spent $4 and got 4 boxes of snacks and a gallon of milk.
There are a lot of BOGOs this week, but Shaw's regular prices make it so it's not such a great deal. The only one I went for was the Craisins because I was out and needed to have a fruit snack in the house. The 6 pack is a better deal over the bags because you get more ounces and it's already portioned out for you.
There's still a few Hungry Jack hashbrowns left in the Stratham store (see last week's post), some of them even have coupons on them for $1 off a dozen eggs attached to the carton. Dover is out and North Hampton only had 2 left yesterday.

Target

Weight Watchers Smart Ones stock up sale! Make some room in your freezer for this deal. Smart Ones are buy 5 get 1 free, prices range from $1.89 to $3+
Stack this coupon for $4 off 10 Smart Ones and the Target web coupon for $3 off the purchase of 10 entrees to save $7 and get 2 free. Rhechelle was able to get 12 Smart Ones for $14!

Coupons refreshed today (June 1) and some of the good ones are back! Print them before they are gone.

~ Special K snack bars

Deals - the week of May 24th, 2015

Shaw's
My friend Heather turned me on to the Special K cracker chips, so I took it a step further and got the new! brownies. They are on sale at 2/$5, a 75 cent printable coupon which doubles, making them $1 a box. Now I have my chocolate fix at work for at least a week, there's 7 in a box.
Hungry Jack Hashbrown potatoes are on clearance, 50% off and there is a 50 cent printable coupon. Normal price is $1.69 so they ring up at $0.85, so you actually make money with the doubled coupon! They come in a carton that looks like the milk we got in our lunches at school and were on the bottom shelf with the boxed potatoes. They are "just add water" so a great item to keep in the cupboard or donate!
Simply Lemonade is on sale for $2.49 (or $1.99 if you buy 6 participating items), there was a 75 cent printable coupon, making it a buck a bottle. This coupon might resurface and this item has been on sale for the past two weeks, so keep your eyes peeled. The raspberry lemonade is SO GOOD.
I also picked up the Ball Park franks because they were BOGO and I had a newspaper coupon for 55 cents. Besides Nathan's, they are my favorite and they keep for a couple months in the fridge.
Big G (General Mills) cereals are also on sale 2/$4, selected varieties, there are a few printable coupons out there for 50 or 75 cents. You can end up paying 50 cents for a box of cereal depending on what kind you get!

Market Basket
Nothing jumped out at me, but their prices are generally lower anyway. I only needed a few things this week so I wasn't in my normal deal searching mode :-)

I'm headed to Target tomorrow to check out the sale on Sunscreen. I need to replace mine as it's two years old and, well, ten minutes in the sun can render me fried!

Did you catch a great deal that I missed? Please post in the comments!
